The U.S. Navy Blue Angels are scheduled to perform April 12-13!
The World Famous “Blue Angels” will be the feature performer of the Air Show. 200,000 pounds of combined thrust; up close and personal. From the 700 mph solo sneak pass to the famous Diamond 360 Formation where only 18 inches separate the jets, experience the extreme performance of the F-18 Hornets piloted by top Navy and Marine Corp pilots. Also see “Fat Albert” perform, the Blue Angels’ Jet Assisted C-130. You will never get closer to the “Blues” because Vidalia has been granted an FAA exception for the closest allowable crowd line. Gates open at 8AM Saturday and Sunday. Show time 12:30pm Saturday and Sunday. Free parking off site and shuttle to airport. Advance tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for ages 5 to 12. Children under 5 are admitted free. Avoid the lines, get your advance tickets at www.ticketweb.com (keyword “Blue Angels”), or purchase locally at the Toombs-Montgomery Chamber of Commerce or Vidalia City Hall. Tickets at the gate will be $10 for adults and $5 for ages 5 to 12.
